We are so happy that you have taken the decision to to start the enrolment process for your child to join Ladybirds Preschool!

  • First things first, let’s get you booked in for a visit, let us know the most convenient times and days that work for you.

  • Now we need you to complete the enrolment form, you can do this online or if you prefer to have a printable version you can download the form as a pdf.

If you are completing the form online you just need to hit submit and we will be in touch as soon as possible, and if you chose to print out a copy, please either drop it into our Ladybirds letterbox, or scan and email a copy to ladybirds.registrar@gmail.com, you can also post the form to us at:

Onboarding

 
 

Once we have enrolled your child, you will get a confirmation email outlining the agreed sessions and important info, we will send you our ‘new parents’ pack and some forms to fill in.

We also need to take photocopies of your child’s passport or birth certificate. We can do this during your induction or just pop by anytime Monday - Friday between 9:00am - 3:00pm. (sorry we can’t take copies or scans).

Induction

 
 

As the start date approaches for your child we will be in touch to organise a home visit if you have requested this, as well as 2 induction sessions.

The first induction is for you and your child for 1hr and the second will be for your child on their own (this can be organised on the same day or separate days, whichever works best for you).

During your induction session you will be given a Ladybirds change bag and a Ladybirds t-shirt as your welcome gifts. The induction is a great time for you to get to know how sessions work, meet your key person and ask any questions you may have. 

Don’t forget to also follow us on our social media, we use our Facebook page to safely share the activities and events that happen at Ladybirds as well as keeping all parents informed about the latest news (or Covid announcements).
