We need your help!

Whilst we are very proud of the contribution Ladybirds makes to your child’s development, unfortunately it all costs money.  We run as a charity and are not-for profit, any money surplus to the daily running costs of the pre-school are put directly back into improving the school. So with this in mind, we would welcome any contribution or funding ideas that you could help organise in order to keep Ladybirds running successfully.

Vodafone are one of a number of companies who offer a match funding scheme. If you, or someone you know works for Vodafone, and can help us benefit from this scheme please talk to the office.

One piece of equipment that we are so close to purchasing is an Early Years Touch Table.  The objective of a touch table is to encourage discovery and independent thinking, for helping the children develop social skills through group play while single player games are a fantastic way to practice taking turns.  You can use lots of tools with the table (even a paint brush) making it perfect for developing fine motor skills and practising mark making.  The table includes a built-in PC meaning we are one touch away from transforming the room into a fun, age-appropriate interactive learning environment.

We only need to raise £1000 (to add to an amazing sum of money that has already been raised by you amazing people).

If anybody would like to donate please visit the Good Exchange and DONATE NOW

Or if you have any ideas for fundraising events or know of any grant applications please get in touch!

Thank you very much to all our amazing parents, carers, family members and friends that help us.

Successful fundraising events we have run in the past include:

  • Charity Coffee Morning’s at Newbury Town Hall
  • St Nicholas Church Coffee Morning
  • Ladybirds Sports Day Raffle
  • Step Up4Good – Greenham Common Trust
  • Ladybirds Market
  • Tesco Bags of Help
