Fundraising 2019/2020

We need your help!

Whilst we are very proud of the contribution Ladybirds makes to your child’s development, unfortunately it all costs money.  We run as a charity and are not-for profit, any money surplus to the daily running costs of the pre-school are put directly back into improving the school. So with this in mind, we would welcome any contribution or funding ideas that you could help organise in order to keep Ladybirds running successfully.

Vodafone are one of a number of companies who offer a match funding scheme. If you, or someone you know works for Vodafone, and can help us benefit from this scheme please talk to the office.

Ladybirds Pre-School has always encouraged all weather outdoor play and we are very lucky to have a secure and engaging play area. The astro-turf in our top garden is now old and tired and needs replacing with a more playable safer surface. By replacing the old astro-turf with a quality artificial grass surface we will greatly enhance the children’s experience in this play area, encouraging more risk taking play whilst also reducing the risk of minor injuries occuring during outside play.

With a realistic look and soft to touch, artificial grass is a safe, clean and long-lasting solution and will provide a puddle-free, even surface where our children can gather, run and play with equipment.  We do lots of outdoor learning and can’t wait to upgrade to artificial grass!

We need to raise £14,269 (It’s a challenging amount!  We have added a few ‘nice-to-haves’ like an alphabet grass design and hopscotch area and with your support we can do it!).
